How Our Return Policy Works
No refunds on downloads/documents.
We offer refunds/returns on physical items requiring shipping. All returns/refunds must have a processing number. Contact Jinnandtonics@yahoo.com to obtain a processing number and return mailing address for each individual return/refund. You must contact Jus to receive any refund; even if you open a PayPal case you need to know where to return the item. We report all fraud and PayPal buyer protection abuse. Buyers with high frequency returns/refunds will be blocked. We will always treat you with kindness and respect, we hope for the same in return. Blessings.
